STOP… Before you vape read this

Effect #1 :

Vaping Is Less Harmful Than Smoking, but It’s Still Not Safe

E-cigarettes heat nicotine (extracted from tobacco), flavorings and other chemicals to create an aerosol that you inhale. Regular tobacco cigarettes contain 7,000 chemicals, many of which are toxic. While we don’t know exactly what chemicals are in e-cigarettes, Blaha says “there’s almost no doubt that they expose you to fewer toxic chemicals than traditional cigarettes.”

Effect #2 :

Vaping Is Less Addictive Than Smoking, but its Still Addictive

Vaping, wether it be nicotine or cannabis vapes are not addiction free.  Because they pack less of the harmful and addictive chemicals that regular cigarets do they are less addictive. Electronic nicotine dispensing systems (ENDS), commonly known as electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes, have been popularly considered a less harmful alternative to conventional cigarette smoking since they first appeared on the market more than a decade ago.

Effect #3 :

Is A Good Way To Quit Smoking for Long Time Smokers.

The best way to quit is to quit.  But for some long time smokers that’s realistically just not an option.  So your next best bet is to work back from cigarettes to something more manageable. The e-liquid typically contains humectants and flavourings, with or without nicotine; once vapourised by the atomiser, the aerosol (vapour) provides a sensation similar to tobacco smoking, but purportedly without harmful effects

Effect #4:

Vaping Is Far Less Expensive Than Cigarettes, but costs Add Up

To get started smoking you just need to go down to your local convenience store and for about $10-$20 you get all that you need.  But for vaping the costs can add up in the short term.  But studies have shown over and over that the long term costs are lower with e-cigarettes. Because e-cigarettes are combustion-free, and because most of the damaging and well-known effects of tobacco are derived from this reaction, there is a common and widely spread assumption that e-cigarette consumption or “vaping” is safer than conventional cigarette smoking.

Effect #5:

The Less You Vape The Better

Conventional wisdom says that the best thing for your lungs is clean fresh air.  If you can stop smoking or vaping all tighter, then your lungs will thank you for you it.  But for those who can’t quit cold turkey than just reducing the amount you vape is a big positive step forward.
